Terms & Conditions for Use of Vouchers in Out4Less Publication
- Out4Less Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the Voucher.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers may be transferred.
- Each voucher is valid for one time use only.
- The condition “only 1 voucher per visit” is defined as 1 voucher to be used per party per visit, regardless of size of party.
- Vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a lower value; however no refund of the price difference will be paid.
- When exchanging vouchers for goods or services, all goods and services are subject to availability and change.
- Vouchers must be presented when settling the bill, unless otherwise specified.
- Vouchers “based on two dining” or “dinner for two” are based on the value of 2 main courses being purchased in the establishment in question, unless otherwise stated.
- All Vouchers are issued in Euro only.
- Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
- Vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid.
- Out4Less does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers.
- Out4Less do not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the Retail Partner & the voucher holder or customer.
- Some vouchers have restrictions on their use, over and above these terms & conditions, which are printed on the voucher, under the Retail Partners name, these additional terms & conditions shall fully apply to all such vouchers as if they were included in these terms and conditions.
- Participating outlets are subject to change without notice.
- Out4Less reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions.
